When did you start your journey?

My journey started with the mindset many years  ago watching my Sister become a successful Real Estate agent and all the hustle and bustle being very successful and still helping others.

Did you get any time to reflect on how far you came?

Yes, I always can reflect on growing up in the projects and being on welfare, watching my Mother work many jobs to provide for her family, 5 boys and 2 girls. Getting my knots on the head as a young boy and knowing GOD gave me the lesson and the blessing, never take it for granted.

Teaching my kids the hard work always pays off.

What’s the hardest part of your job?

I am still a W2 employee and I am a Real Estate agent, investor and building new construction homes, the hardest is juggling with not much time, working 12 hour rotating swing shifts hits the body hard, time blocking is a need,family is important and building relationships with clients goes a long way.

Do you have anything new to tell the upcoming professionals who do what you do?

Integrity goes along way and remember being good to yourself is very important, [hisical, mental and spiritual, is mor important than the money, I was a pop tart agent in the beginning, jumping for every job driving just because the client said go, and  had to learn and still learning about building relationships with other professionals and becoming an student of the game. Reading professional books to help you internalize much needed information.

What does collaboration mean to you and how does it relate to you and your brand today?

Continuing to get in the back pockets of great professionals that are willing to help you grow, and communication is very vital when opening up and saying help please, humility is key and working with humans that want to help you grow.

Why did you get into your niche?

Being able to provide for my family and I love helping people and this business really changes lives for the better.
